Air conditioning and heating
Room temperature can be individually adjusted using the thermostat and A/C remote control.

Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to depart later, we will store your luggage in the luggage room.
Baby cot
Upon request, baby cots are provided with 100% cotton and hypoallergenic bedding. Cot size: 60 × 120 cm.
Baby items provided
We can provide it upon request: baby bath, step stool, potty, toilet reducer, dining set, and anti-slip mat.
Balaland Beauty & Spa
Our adults-only wellness area is located on the 4th floor and is open from 08:00 to 20:00.
Bathrobes
Bathrobes are available in every room and may be used free of charge during your stay. Adult and children’s bathrobes are replaced every 3 days. If replacement is more frequent than this, the cost is €20.
Bathroom chairs
Bathroom chairs are standard in our suites and available upon request in all other room types. Please contact Reception if needed.
Bicycle and e-bike rental
Bicycles and e-bikes are available for rent within the hotel area. For more information, please contact Reception.
Blanket and Duvet Upon Request
Synthetic microfibre blankets (240 × 260 cm) and feather-free synthetic duvets (280 × 240 cm or 180 × 240 cm) are available upon request.
Breakfast
A rich buffet breakfast is served daily at the Pirate Restaurant from 07:00 to 10:30.
Business Corner
Our Business Corner is available 24/7, and tablets can be borrowed upon request. Please contact Reception if needed.
Card payments
Cashless payment is available throughout the hotel. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, and VISA cards, as well as K&H, MBH, and OTP SZÉP cards.
Charging Station for Electric Cars
Charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the hotel’s underground garage. This service is available for an additional fee.
Children’s Animator
Trained animators entertain children in the Kids’ Club with a variety of fun skill- and ability-developing programs.

Designated smoking area
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. A 150 EUR cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in the room or within the building.
Dinner
A rich buffet dinner is available at the Pirate Restaurant from 18:00 to 21:00.
Do Not Disturb
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the “DO NOT DISTURB” icon. If you want to block incoming calls to your room, please inform Reception. Room-to-room calls cannot be disabled.
Duvet and Pillow Setup
Upon arrival, rooms are prepared with duck feather duvets and pillows. Extra pillows are available upon request; please contact Reception at extension 9. Sizes:
1/ Adult double and twin bed pillow sizes (per person): 65 × 65 cm and 45 × 70 cm
2/ Children’s bed and extra bed pillow size (per person): 45 × 70 cm
3/ Adult duvet size (per person): 280 × 240 cm
4/ Children’s bed and extra bed duvet size (per person): 180 × 240 cm
5/ Twin bed duvet size (per person): 135 × 200 cm
E-scooter
Mamaba Phantom type e-scooters are available for rent more seasonal. Please contact reception for more information.
Family Park
The BalaLand adventure complex—designed around the travel locations of Jules Verne’s “Around the World in 80 Days”—welcomes guests every day. Opening hours: Monday–Thursday 10:00–19:00, Friday–Sunday 09:00–19:00.
This themed family park offers nearly 10,000 m² of indoor, outdoor, land-based, and water play elements for children.
Fitness room
The fitness room is located on the 4th floor and may be used by guests over the age of 18, at their own risk.
Garage
Our underground garage is available to guests, and the cost is included in the room rate for one car per family. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for vehicles or valuables left inside them.

If you experience any health-related problems, please contact Reception for assistance.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping takes place between 09:00 and 17:00. If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please hang the “NO HOUSEKEEPING” sign on your door to avoid disturbance. To request cleaning, use the “PLEASE CLEAN” switch. Additional cleaning service is available for 80 EUR.
Internet
Complimentary internet access is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
Ironing Service
We can provide an iron and ironing board in the room free of charge upon request. Please contact Reception.
Laundry service
Laundry service is available Monday to Friday. Please inform Reception and drop off your laundry by 08:00. Cleaned items will be returned within 48 hours. We can undertake dry cleaning with a 72-hour deadline, as long as you drop off the clothes by 4 p.m. that day.
Linen Replacement
Bed linen and towels are replaced automatically after the fourth night. For earlier replacement, please call Reception at extension 9. If replacement is more frequent than this cost is:
- Bathrobe (all sizes): €20 per piece
- Towel replacement (all sizes): €20 per person
- Bed linen replacement (all bed sizes): €20 per bed
Lost & Found
Please contact Reception regarding lost or found items.
Luggage assistance
Our bellboys are happy to help with delivering your luggage to your room upon arrival and collecting it upon departure. Please contact Reception.
Luggage storage
We will store your luggage free of charge until your return to the hotel.

Daily news is available under a dedicated menu via the information QR code.

Safe
Every room is equipped with a safe that can be locked with a personal code. The hotel does not take responsibility for valuables left in the room. For secure storage, we recommend using the central safe at Reception.

Sauna facilities are available in the Balaton Relax Spa on the 4th floor and in the Family Park. For further information, please contact the wellness reception or the Family Park team.
Shoe cleaning
A shoe-cleaning machine is located in the lobby and can be used free of charge.
Slippers
Slippers are available in every room and may be used free of charge during your stay.

Telephone
The in-room telephone can be used for both internal and external calls. Charges are automatically added to your room bill; please inquire at Reception regarding rates. To make an external call, press 0.
Tico Restaurant
Located in the Family Park, Tico Restaurant offers Italian and Mediterranean bistro-style dishes and is open from 10:00 to 18:00.
Towel
The towel will be replaced if it is thrown on the floor. The replacement will take place during daily cleaning between 8:00 and 17:00. If you request an additional towel change outside of this, a fee of €20 will be charged.
Turndown Service
Turndown service is provided every evening between 6 and 8 pm. If you do not wish to receive the service, please activate the “DO NOT DISTURB” switch on your door or contact Reception.
Valet Service
For valet service, please contact our Reservations Department prior to arrival or Reception.
